Information collected
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details),
- Details of the family’s situation including any immediate risks faced,
- Copies of documentation including passports, visas, BRPs and other certification relating to travel and eligibility for our service,
- Information on health of the applicant and family members,
- Bank details,
- Anonymised website use figures,
- Details of employment history for staff, volunteers and board members and applications to these roles.
Method of collection
- Our website form requests basic contact information as a requirement. However the free text field allows users to share whatever information they choose.
- The majority of our data comes via email either directly from service users or via a referral organisation.
Use of data
All data processing is done in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. A copy of this can be made available on request.
All clients and service users may request their personal data be deleted.
