Habiba was living in the UK with her teenage daughters. Her husband Matthew was in a refugee camp desperate to be reunited with his wife and children. Matthew was granted an entry visa to the UK but there was only a 30 day window for him to travel. His family did not have the money for the flight. The family contacted us when there was only a few days remaining on the visa. Had his visa expired he would have needed to apply for new one with a long wait and no guarantee of it being reissued.
We were able to arrange flights for that week working closely with the family to make sure the trip went without a hitch. Matthew was reunited with his family just the day before his visa would have expired.
