We welcome anyone with experience of going through the family reunion process to join us as a peer mentor.
This role is flexible depending on the involvement you want to have but might include:
- Providing advice and reassurance before travel and during the travel process
- Helping the UK sponsor understand what needs to be done before their family arrives
- Supporting the family to access local services after they arrive
- Linking families with others in their local area and helping them connect with the community
- Developing resources for us to share with families and other organisations
